DIY Detox Foot Soak to Relax Muscles

DIY Detox Foot Soak

:) Benefits:

  • Relaxes your muscles
  • Reduces foot cramps
  • Reduces muscle spasms
  • Improves electrolyte balance
  • Eliminates toxins

:) Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Epsom Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
  • 1 Gallon of Warm Water {I make it as warm as I can stand it, it tends to cool down quickly}
  • 3 Tbls to 1/4 Cup of Lavender Flowers

:) Directions:

Mix all the ingredients into tub large enough for both of your feet.
I soak my feet for about 10-15 minutes and then pat dry.

If I need to exfoliate my feet I use this scrub and follow it up with this relaxing lotion.
