DIY Detox Foot Soak to Relax Muscles
Benefits:
Relaxes your muscles
Reduces foot cramps
Reduces muscle spasms
Improves electrolyte balance
Eliminates toxins
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Epsom Salt
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
1 Gallon of Warm Water {I make it as warm as I can stand it, it tends to cool down quickly}
3 Tbls to 1/4 Cup of Lavender Flowers
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients into tub large enough for both of your feet.
I soak my feet for about 10-15 minutes and then pat dry.
If I need to exfoliate my feet I use this scrub and follow it up with this relaxing lotion.
