The Large Circle Cable Stitch is a 12 row repeat, consisting of 4 stockinette stitch cables. On one row there’s a set of cables back-to-back, one right leaning cable and one left leaning cable, which creates the opening of the medallion. The second row has another set of cables back-to-back, one left leaning cable and one right leaning, which closes the medallion.
