Pattern:
CO in multiples of 4
Reversible knit stitch
CO 16 STS
Row 1: P2 *YO, P4TOG* P2
Row 2: K2 *K1, KPK* K2
Row 3: *K*
Repeat rows 1-3 until desired length
Abbreviations:
*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
K – knit stitches (example: K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
P – purl stitches (example: P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
P4TOG – purl 4 STS together
KPK – knit, purl, knit into the YO in the previous row
STS – stitches
YO – yarn over
