Measurements, before seaming: 18″ wide x 13″ height {46cm x 33cm}

Gauge: 9 STS & 15 rows per 4″ {10cm} square, knit in the pattern below

Weight: 5.6oz {160g}




CO edge is the height.

Knit using the garter knit stitch.

This cowl is knit flat, when you’re finished knitting you’ll sew the CO & BO edges together making it a cowl.


Pattern, Knit Flat {Back & Forth}:


Knit every row until you’ve used up about 1 skein of yarn, I knit about 75 rows.

BO loosely.

Block to stretch out the stitches.

I stretched it out lengthwise, not widthwise.

Sew CO and BO edges together, creating vertical rows.

Weave in the ends.

Block, if desired.
