Checkered Lace Placemat Knitting Pattern : Success
I’ve been searching for the perfect Jute yarn, one that isn’t too rough on my hands, with no luck. I decided to try linen instead, however it’s a little stiff to work. Then I found a 50/50 cotton linen blend that’s soft and has that rustic farmhouse feel that I’ve been looking for!
It’s getting hot here and the locusts are singing and the surprise lilies {also known as naked ladies} are popping up. This means the peak of summer is here in Kansas and fall is right around the corner. Anyone else ready for the autumn colors and cool crisp mornings?
This placemat uses the Day 8 Checkered Lace Knit Stitch, which is one of my favorites. I think it has so many possibilities!
