Row 2: *LK, K2, LK, RK*
Row 4: K1, * LK, K2, RK, K2* last 7 STS: LK, K2, RK, K1
Row 6: *RK, LK, RK, K2*
Row 8: K3, *LK, K2, RK, K2* last 5 STS: LK, K3
Repeat rows 1-8, until desired length

Abbreviations:

*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
K – knit stitches (example: K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
LK – Knit into the back of the second stitch, and then the back of the first stitch and then slip both off.
