Needles: US 10 {6mm}
Yarn: Classic Wool by Patons


Pattern, Knit Flat:

CO in any number of stitches
This is not a reversible stitch, see the photos below
Row 1 = Right side/Front

For my swatch I CO 18 STS
Row 0: *K1, P1*

Row 1 {RS}: *K*
Row 2 {WS}: *P*
Row 3 {RS}: *K*
Row 4 {WS}: *P*
Row 5 {RS}: *K*
Row 6 {WS}: *K*
Repeat rows 1-6 until desired length.

If you’re not adding a border, to BO I recommend ending on a row 5 and BO in the K1, P1 pattern.


Abbreviations:

* – * – repeat pattern
BO – bind-off in pattern
CO – cast-on {long-tail cast-on method}
K – knit stitches {K1 means to knit 1 stitch}
P – purl stitches {P2 means to purl 2 stitches}
STS – stitches
