CO in multiples of 12
Reversible knit stitch
CO 12 STS
Rows 1, 3, 5: *K6, (P1, K1) 3 times*
Rows 2, 4, 6: *(K1, P1) 3 times, P6*
Rows 7, 9, 11: *(K1, P1) 3 times, K6*
Rows 8, 10, 12: *P6, (P1, K1) 3 times*
Repeat rows 1-12, until desired length
Abbreviations:
*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
K – knit stitches (example: K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
P – purl stitches (example: P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
STS – stitches
