Row 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11: *P*
Row 2: K1 *K1, K2TOG, YO, K1, YO, SSK, K2*
Row 4: K1 *K2TOG, YO, K3, YO, SSK, K1*
Row 6: K2TOG *YO, K5, YO, K3TOG* YO, K5, YO, SSK
Row 8: K1 *YO, SSK, K3, K2TOG, YO, K1*
Row 10: K1 *K1, YO, SSK, K1, K2TOG, YO, K2*
Row 12: K1 *K2, YO, K3TOG, YO, K3*
Repeat rows 1-12, until desired length

Abbreviations:

*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
