Yardage: 35-45 yards (32 – 41 meters)

Pattern:
CO in multiples of 8 (16, 24, 32, etc.)
Row 2 = Right side/Front
CO 16 STS
Row 1 & 3: *K3, YFWD, S1PW, K3, P1*
Row 2: *K1, P3, YBK, S1PW TBL, P3*
Row 4: *K1, P3*
Repeat rows 1-4, until desired length
Abbreviations:
*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
K – knit stitches (example: K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
P – purl stitches (example: P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
S1PW – slip 1 stitch purl-wise
S1PW TBL – slip 1 stitch purl-wise through the back loop, twisting the stitch
STS – stitches
YFWD – yarn forward
YBK – yarn in back
