Pattern, Knit Flat {Back & Forth}:

CO 14 STS

Row 1 {WS}: *K1, P1*

Row 2 {RS}: *K*

Repeat rows 1-2, 7 more times

Row 15 {WS}: *K1, P1*

Row 16 {RS}: K7, slip the other 7 STS to a stitch holder

Row 17 {WS}: *P1, K1* K1

Row 18 {RS}: *K*

Repeat rows 17-18 until it measures 12″ {30cm}, repeat row 17, and then put on a stitch holder.

Pick up STS from the first holder.

Row 16 {RS}: *K*

Row 17 {WS}: *K1, P1* K1

Row 18 {RS}: *K*

Repeat rows 17-18 until it measures 12″ {30cm}, repeat row 17, and then put on a stitch holder.

Cross the second one over the first and then add the STS from the holder to your needles.

Next Row {RS}: *K*

Next Row {WS}: *P1, K1* K1

Repeat the last 2 rows, 7 more times.

BO off in all K STS

End:

Sew CO & BO edge together.

Weave in the ends.
