Measurements, before seaming: 19″ wide x 11″ height {56cm x 24cm}
Gauge: 9 STS & 20 rows per 4″ {10cm} square, knit in the pattern below
Weight: 5.6oz {160g}



CO edge is the width.
Knit top down or bottom up.
Knit using the garter knit stitch.
This cowl is knit flat, when you’re finished knitting you’ll sew the CO & BO edges together making it a cowl.


Pattern, Knit Flat {Back & Forth}:


Knit every row until you have enough to bind-off, with a little to spare.

I knit about 24 rows.

Bind-off loosely in all knit stitches.

Sew the side edges together, creating horizontal rows.

Weave in the ends.

Block, if desired.
