Knit from cuff to fingertip.

*– * – repeat between * to end of round
BO – bind-off in pattern
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
K – knit stitches (K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
P – purl stitches (P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
RS – right side
STS – stitches
WS – wrong side

Row 1 = Wrong Side
CO 18 STS
Row 1-9: *K1, P1* (Rib Stitch)
Row 10, 12, 14, 16, 18: *P1, K1* (Seed Stitch)
Row 11, 13, 15, 17, 19: *K1, P1*(Seed Stitch)
Row 20-21: *K1, P1* (Rib Stitch)
Row 22: BO loosely in the *K1, P1* pattern
Sew Seam:
Sew the ribbed stitches together at the top and bottom, not the seed stitched section; this is for your thumb.

Weave in the ends.
Block, if desired.
Knit the second the same as the first.
