Notes

Reversible.
CO edge is the height.
Knit using the garter knit stitch.
This cowl is knit flat, when you’re finished knitting you’ll sew the CO & BO edges together making it a cowl.

Knitting Abbreviations

*– * – repeat between * to end of round
BO – bind-off in pattern
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
K – knit stitches (K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
K1TBL – knit 1 stitch through the back loop
S1PW – slip one stitch purl-wise
STS – stitches
WYIF – with yarn in front

Every row: *K62* for about 24″, or desired width.

BO in all knit stitches.

Sew the CO & BO edges together, creating vertical rows.

Every row: *K1TBL, K60, WYIF S1PW* for about 24″
