Yardage: 35-45 yards (32 – 41 meters)
Suggested Yarn: Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick
Needle Size: US 11 (8mm) Knitting Needles

Pattern:

CO in multiples of 4 stitches
Row 1 = Right Side/Front

CO 12 STS

Row 1: *CR, CL*
Row 2: *P*
Row 3: *CL, CR*
Row 4: *P*
Repeat rows 1-4, until desired length.

Abbreviations:

*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
CR – knit into the front of the second stitch, and then the front of the first stitch and then slip both stitches off.
CL – knit into the back of the second stitch, and then the back of the first stitch and then slip both off.
P – purl stitches (example: P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
STS – stitches
