Yarn Weight: Super Bulky
Yardage: 35-45 yards (32 – 41 meters)
Suggested Yarn: Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick
Needle Size: US 11 (8mm) Knitting Needles

Pattern:

CO in multiples of 3, plus 1 (10, 25, 31, etc.)
Row 1 = Right side/Front

CO 16 STS

Row 1: P1 *CR, P1*
Row 2: K1 *P2, K1*
Repeat rows 1-2, until desired length

Abbreviations:

*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
CR – Knit into the front of the second stitch, and then the front of the first stitch and then slip both stitches off
K – knit stitches (example: K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
P – purl stitches (example: P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
STS – stitches
