Yarn Weight: Super Bulky
Yardage: 35-45 yards (32 – 41 meters)
Suggested Yarn: Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick
Needle Size: US 11 (8mm) Knitting Needles

Pattern:

CO in multiples of 2
Row 1 = Right Side/Front

CO 12 STS

Row 1: *Cross 2 LK*
Row 2: P1 *Cross 2 RP* P1
Repeat rows 1-2, until desired length.

Note: On my swatch I did a Row 0: *K1, P1* and then I bound-off in the K1, P1 pattern to keep it from curling up.

Abbreviations:

*– * – repeat between the asterisks
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
Cross 2 LK: Knit into the back of the second stitch, and then the back of the first stitch and then slip both off.
Cross 2 RP: Purl into the front of the second stitch, and then the front of the first stitch and then slip both off.
K – knit stitches (example: K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
P – purl stitches (example: P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
STS – stitches
YO – yarn over
