Pattern, Knit in the Round, Magic Loop Method:

CO 28 STS, PM, split 14 STS on each needle, join in the round.

Rounds 1-4: *K1, P1*

Rounds 5-17: *K* {about 3 1/4” (8cm)}

Round 18: BO 14 STS, knit the remainder of row.
