Yardage: 20 – 25 yards {18 – 23 meters} {Accent Color}
Suggested Yarn: Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick
Needle Size: US 11 {8mm} Knitting Needles with a 16″ {40cm} Cable, or DPNs
Extras: Stitch Marker

 

Details:

Measurements: 6″ W x 5 1/2″ {16cm x 15cm}
Gauge: 9.5 STS & 13 rounds per 4″ {10cm} square, knit in the pattern below
Weight: 3.2oz {90g}

 

Notes:

Not reversible.
Knit bottom up.
Knit using the 2×2 rib & fair isle stitch.
Knit in the round with a circular needle. I used HiyaHiya interchangeable needles with 3 1/2″ {9cm} tips.
When knitting in the round you’re always knitting the right side of your work.
CO loosely, making sure your stitches slide easily. Too tight of a stitch will make these difficult to knit in the round. The first couple of rounds will be a little tight, but it gets easier as you go.
