Video: Fair Isle Knitting

In this video I’m going to show you how to knit a simple fair isle stitch to create little hearts for your boot cuffs. You can use this stitch for hats & cowls too. :)

For these you’ll need 2 contrasting colors of yarn in the same yarn weight. I used Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick. This is a pretty easy stitch to recreate. I hadn’t knit using fair isle before designing this pattern. Once I finished 1 boot cuff I was hooked and created 2 more patterns with this stitch.
