Sizes

Small: 8″ – 10″ (20 – 25cm) Calf Circumference (45 – 55 yards) (41 – 50 meters)
Medium: 10″ – 12″ (25 – 30cm) Calf Circumference (55 – 65 yards) (50 – 59 meters)
Large: 12″ – 14″ (30 – 35cm) Calf Circumference (65 – 75 yards) (59 – 68 meters)

Notes

Not reversible.
Knit bottom up, however you can wear them either way.
Knit using the cable knit stitch.
Knit in the round with a circular needle.
I used HiyaHiya interchangeable needles with 3 1/2″ (9cm) tips.
When knitting in the round you’re always knitting the right side of your work.
CO loosely, making sure your stitches slide easily. Too tight of a stitch will make these difficult to knit in the round. The first couple of rounds will be a little tight, but it gets easier as you go.

Knitting Abbreviations

*– * – repeat between * to end of round
BO – bind-off in pattern
CO – cast-on (long-tail cast-on method)
C6F – cable6front (Transfer 3 stitches to a cable needle and hold it in the front of your work, knit the next 3 stitches and then knit the 3 stitches off the cable needle)
K – knit stitches (K1 means to knit 1 stitch)
KITR – knit in the round
P – purl stitches (P2 means to purl 2 stitches)
PM – place marker
RS – right side
STS – stitches
WS – wrong side

Sew the side edges together, not the CO/BO edges.

Weave in the ends.
