What can I create with this bobble stitch?

The most unique pattern I’ve seen that uses this stitch is a chunky sweater, they used it for the sleeves.

It would make a beautiful blanket too!

How do I increase the number of cast-on stitches?

For this pattern need to cast-on in increments of 6+1.
Multiply 6 by the number of times you want to repeat it and then add 1.

For example:
6×9+1=55, so you’ll cast-on 55 stitches to create 9 bobbles
6×17+1=103, cast-on 109 stitches to create 17 bobbles

What kind of boarder would look best with this bobble stitch?

A simple garter stitch border will really make these bobble pop!

Bobble Knit Stitch – Lace Berry
This bobble knit stitch has a little bit of lace to make it fun & funky. The bobble itself creates a squishy texture while the lace relaxes the fabric to give it a lovely drape. It's absolutely gorgeous!
