The C4B works with a total of 4 stitches, 2 on each side of the cable.
Written Instructions:
From the back of your work, slip 2 sts onto the cable needle.
Knit the next 2 sts off your work.
Cross the cable behind your work and then knit the 2 sts off your cable needle.
