CO edge is the width.
Knit top down or bottom up.
Knit using the garter knit stitch.
This cowl is knit flat, when you’re finished knitting you’ll sew the CO & BO edges together making it a cowl.

Knit every row until you have enough to bind-off, with a little to spare.
I knit about 24 rows.
Bind-off loosely in all knit stitches.
Sew the side edges together, creating horizontal rows.
Weave in the ends.
